Bijlsma Shipyards B.V. Lemmer is currently building a large number of Bijlsma Traders 3250 and 4500 for Wagenborg Shipping B.V. and associated ship owners and captain-owners. The bodies with heavy-oil installation are built in the Czech Republic and China after which the vessels are completed at Lemmer.

The Helenic (yard number 751) is the second ship from the Bijlsma Trader 3250 series following the Hydra, which was delivered to Martin Langevoort en Teun Vogely at Ten Boer on 7 September 2007. Bijlsma expects to deliver the Helenic to her new owner Ton Hagebeuk at Andijk at the beginning of March.
Following the Helenic, yard number 752 (to be named Hekla) will be delivered to Martin Langevoort en Teun Vogely.
