(With videos and extra pictures) Every year, Marin challenges all students participating in the ´Sailing Yachts´ minor of the Delft University of Technology to apply their knowledge, inspiration and creativity to design and build the fastest model sailing boat of the Netherlands.
SWZ Maritime's February issue (to appear 20 February) features an extensive report on the sailing contest, which was eventually won by team two with the Sailor Swift. Team 7 won the innovation award with "De Zeven Provinciën".

This design and sail contest is organised annually in collaboration with Delft University of Technology and Rotterdam Mainport University.
