Dutch yacht builder Amels and Damen have sold their first Amels 60 Limited Edition superyacht within two months of launching the design. The yacht has hybrid power and propulsion technology and an Espen Øino exterior design.
The yacht is now under construction for delivery in spring 2022. ‘The fast sale of the first yacht is very rewarding for everyone in our design, engineering and project teams who have worked so hard on the Amels 60 during the last few years,’ says Amels and Damen Managing Director Rose Damen.
The Amels 60 has a large open Sun Deck, a nine-metre luxury tender and a generous interior volume of 830 gross tonnage. Construction of the second Amels 60 will begin soon.
